Orders and Shipping

It takes usually 1-3 business days with Germany and depending on the destination 5-15 business days internationally. 

If you didn’t get a shipping confirmation yet, we can cancel your order. Please get in touch with us at support@eisbach-riders.com

After your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking ID and link.

We currently ship to the European Union, Switzerland, US and Canada.

Due to the results of the Brexit we are currently not shipping to the UK.

In general, all items will come from our warehouse in one package.

We do not have a shop at this time, however if you live in Munich and don’t want to wait for shipping for your order, we are happy to meet with you! Please get in touch with us at support@eisbach-riders.com

You can enter the waiting list if an item is currently not available. For new product releases a pre-order will be available.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You can return the products within one month.

We can easily exchange the product, please write us an e-mail with the order number and wrong item at support@eisbach-riders.com

 A return from Germany costs 2.90 €, and you can create a label on retiure.com. For shipments from abroad, we ask you to send the package back to us with sufficient postage.

If you need to make any changes or cancel an order, just shoot us an email or give us a call as soon as possible. However, please note that we can only make changes or cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped out yet. Once it’s on its way to you, we can’t make any changes, but you can return it once you received it.

Shipping to Germany

All orders above 35 Euro are free of charge within Germany.

For smaller orders below 35 Euro, we charge a flat rate of 3.50 Euro shipping costs (including VAT). Usually, we ship the orders within 24h with the Deutsche Post or DHL and the package usually needs 1-3 business days. 

Please make sure that the delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for errors or misdeliveries if the delivery address is incorrect.

International Orders

All orders over 150 Euro are free within the EU.

Europe Flat Rate (5-15 business days): €10.00
World – Flat Rate (5-15 business days): €15.00

We ship to Switzerland, US and Canada, unfortunately not to the UK. Please remember: for shipping outside the European Union, you have to take care of import tax and duty.
